How it works: Players are divided into pools of 4. Each pool plays round-robin (everyone plays everyone). Pool standings determine overall seeding. Playoffs are Doubles (we pair adjacent overall seeds into teams). Top teams go into Gold. If there are enough remaining teams (4+), we also create a Silver bracket. Any leftover teams are marked Unseeded (optional consolation / open play).
